Main protein components in skim milk comprised α-lactoalbumin,β-lactoglobulin, IgG, casein, serum albumin as showed on SDS-gels. Casein took more than 70 percent of the total proteins. 脱脂乳蛋白包括α乳清蛋白、β乳球蛋白、酪蛋白、免疫球蛋白、血清白蛋白等组分,酪蛋白的相对含量在70%以上。
Soil fungi, skim serum wastewater in addition to10% concentrations below the water treatment, the remaining were higher than that of water treatment, with the concentration decreases; and aerobic in water treatment were significantly higher than the water treatment. 土壤真菌数量方面,胶清废水中除10%浓度处理低于清水对照外,其余均高于清水对照,且随着浓度的降低而降低;而好氧终水处理则显著高于清水对照。
